OGDEN, UT — September 3, 2025 — Cole Jordan drove in five runs on a pair of home runs, and Damian Stone added a solo shot of his own, as the Raptors downed the Boise Hawks 8–4 Wednesday night at Lindquist Field. The win gives Ogden back-to-back victories to open the homestand.
Jordan put the Raptors on the board in the third with a solo shot to left, then broke the game open in the fourth with a grand slam that scored Kenny Oyama, Kyler Stancato, and Dylan Wilkinson. Stone went deep just before him in the frame, giving Ogden back-to-back homers and a commanding 6–1 lead.
Carmine Lane and Stone tacked on RBI hits in the sixth to stretch the advantage to 8–3. Boise threatened in the eighth, loading the bases and drawing a walk to force in a run, but reliever Ryan Velazquez closed the door to stop the bleeding.
Stone finished 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs, while Lane and Wilkinson each added two hits. Jordan’s five-RBI night marked one of his biggest offensive performances of the season for Ogden. On the mound, Cole Stasio improved to 7–1, striking out four over six innings of three-run ball.
The Raptors will look to keep pushing for the playoffs in Game 3 of the series, Thursday night at Lindquist Field where fans can enjoy 1/2 Price Pepsi fountain products and 16 oz Domestic Beers, plus it’s America First Bank Night at the ballpark.
